Mini Stout Floats
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | vanilla or coffee ice cream | |

|||
| 1 | bottle | stout beer (you'll use about 8 ounces) | |
|
|
|||
| Chocolate syrup | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Divide ice cream evenly into each of 8 shot glasses with a small spoon.
Slowly pour about 1 ounce stout beer into each glass.
Drizzle chocolate syrup into each glass. Serve immediately with small straws and small spoons.
